Programme Associate
Duties and responsibilities as CHELP Paralegal:
- Legal research and presentations
- Client interviews
- Drafting simple legal documents
- Assist in notarial registry
- Assist in organizing C-HELP activities
- Case management system and other office tasks
- Other tasks deemed necessary by the Executive Director
Duties and responsibilities as Communications Paralegal:
- Manage and maintain the C-HELP’s social media communications.
- Create and produce internal newsletter for the C-HELP.
- Develop, and write communications material such as social media contents and blog posts.
- Ensure that all media contents or communication materials are aligned with the C-HELP’s standard and advocacy.
- Responsible for media and/or client inquiries
Qualifications:
- Minimum must have a Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Has a keen attention to detail.
- Values teamwork
