Duties and responsibilities

  1. Maintain and improve electronic and physical case files/records and implement a case file management system for C-HELP cases.
  2. Responsible for the physical inventory and request of supplies for C-HELP.
  3. Receive and log all incoming and outgoing mails of C-HELP.
  4. Managing office calendar such as scheduling of internal meetings, case conferences with the clients, hearings and the like.
  5. Assist lawyers in printing and photocopying of pleadings or any other relevant documents, annexing, mailing and filing of pleadings.
  6. Preparation of logistics and other expenses for C-HELP fieldwork such as hearings, meetings, travels, consultations, and conferences.
  7. Prepare liquidation and financial reports of C-HELP.
  8. Other tasks that the Executive Director may assign

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Has a keen attention to detail
  • Values teamwork
